Cancellation Policy

Smith + Fox requires a credit card to book an appointment.

As an independent small business, cancellations greatly impact our ability to provide services to other clients. 
Smith + Fox kindly requests at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Any appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service.
Same day cancellations of no shows will be charged the full cost of the service. Thank you for understanding!
