Covid Protocol

It is our priority and responsibility to maintain a safe environment for all you. Smith + Fox is only providing one-on-one services at this time for your safety.

*For everyone’s safety, Smith + Fox has installed a Heat Recovery Ventilating System that continually replaces the air in the salon. The salon air is completely replaced every 45 minutes.

1) Upon arrival please wait to enter the salon until the time of your appointment. Please be ready to sanitize your hands upon entry.

2) Please arrive solo. Clients should NOT plan on bringing other guests with them to their appointment. Consumption of food and beverages are not encouraged during your appointment at this time.

3)  No mask no service. All clients must bring and wear a mask during the entire duration of their appointment. We ask that you please put it on prior to entering the salon.

4)  Temperature scan upon arrival. We will be temperatures with a non-touch thermometer. Please also check your temperature at home prior to your appointment. If you come in presenting with a fever greater than 100.4, we will unfortunately have to reschedule your service. If you don’t feel well, please stay home. We will be waiving all cancellation fees due to sickness.

5) If you are sick or have been individuals that were sick. We ask that you wait 14 days before coming in. Cancellation fees will be waived due to sickness.

6) We will not be offering smocks until further notice. Please be sure to wear clothing that don’t care about. You will still be caped!

7) Please do not touch retail products. Please ask us to grab whatever products you need to purchase or have questions about.

Covid 19 Update

Smith + Fox will not be charging for cancellations less than 48 hours due to illness. We kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone that is sick.
