Mickel has been in the industry for over 20 years. Over the course of her career, she’s been an educator (and continued her education) with elite brands Oribe, R&C,  Bumble and Bumble, Wella, Samson, and Business of Balayage, she also became a master colorist with Labiosthetique.  

Clients trust Mickel because she’s an expert at consulting with them to come up with a game plan, and bring that plan to life. She specializes in blondes, multi-dimensional color and Razor cuts.  

When she’s not studying hair, Mickel loves reading memoirs, biographies and historical books and listening to NPR. But her favorite thing to do is hang out with her family. She’s also dedicated to fitness and fun. If she wasn’t a professional stylist, she’d be a personal trainer or work at a winery.
