Cancellation Policy
Smith + Fox requires a credit card to book an appointment.
As an independent small business, cancellations greatly impact our ability to provide services to other clients.
Smith + Fox kindly requests at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Any appointments that are rescheduled or cancelled less than 48 hours will be charged 50% of the booked service.
Same day cancellations of no shows will be charged the full cost of the service. Thank you for understanding!
Covid 19 Update
Smith + Fox will not be charging for cancellations less than 48 hours due to illness.
We kindly ask you to reschedule your appointment if you are feeling unwell or have been in contact with someone that is sick.
